After we discuss your goals and conduct a postural assessment, I will suggest a gameplan for the ultimate session. We can always adjust to have you as comfortable as possible. Clients love the feel of my table which also heats to help you unwind!
My integrative flow is curated for each unique appointment. I specialize in breathwork coaching, neuromuscular deep tissue, table Thai, hot stones, cupping, and sports & fascial stretching. The majority of my clients are seeking deep tissue pain relief (I have a reputation for that "strong therapeutic touch") but I also provide strictly Swedish for a more spa-like experience. Your session will never feel rushed, we'll conclude with any self-care tips and satisfying, long-lasting results.
Every client receives aromatherapy and hot towels, with full body attention & stretching.
