After leaving the Army in 2015, Elyse attended Atlanta School of Massage and graduated top of her class.  She then broadened her education with a NASM personal training certification and continues to grow her tool belt of massage and fitness.

Fusing her training backgrounds sets Elyse apart as an elite healer.  Her comprehensive style addresses the body with effective and dynamic technique head-to-toe.  She has studied the mind-body-spirit connection, valuing all the factors affecting how we feel & move.  Elyse is a state-licensed massage therapist and liability insured as owner of Elysium Bodywork, LLC.
